Mark Cox Racing has been on hiatus from Top Fuel Harley-Davidson racing competition since the end of the 2005 racing season due to the business expansion of CrossRoads Harley-Davidson. Cox, who owns both CrossRoads and Mark Cox Racing, concentrated his efforts on the build-out and opening of the new 33,000 square foot dealership in Wilkesboro, North Carolina.

For 2007, Mark Cox Racing has exciting news in that Johnny Vickers, of Hawaya Racing, plans to move his entire racing operation to Wilkesboro, NC, which will also house the future racing efforts of Mark Cox Racing. 
 

Mark Cox Racing is now seeking sponsorship opportunities to bring the popular Top Fuel team back to AHDRA and NHRA racing for 2008.
